Returns
Due to the nature of our products (live poultry and perishable goods), returns are generally not accepted. However, if you receive a product that is damaged, incorrect, or does not meet the quality standards promised, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
Refunds
Refunds will be considered only in the following cases:
- The product delivered is significantly different from what was ordered.
- The product is dead on arrival (for live poultry) or spoiled during delivery.
- Other issues caused directly by GoldenChickenFarm’s error.
To request a refund, please contact our customer service with your order details, photos of the product (if applicable), and a description of the issue. We will review your request and respond within 3 business days.
Conditions for Refund
- Refund requests must be submitted within 24 hours of receiving the product.
- Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.
- The product must be returned in its original condition, if applicable.
Non-Refundable Items
Please note that the following are not eligible for refunds or returns:
- Products damaged due to mishandling after delivery.
- Products that have been used or altered.
- Any live poultry returned after the 24-hour window.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you are unsatisfied with your order, please request a refund and place a new order.
